Our Values
From day one, our values have been reflected in everything we do—in the decisions we make about who we work with and what projects we work on, and in the way we interact with each other.
We believe we’re here to build something more valuable than business, something that has the potential to change the heart of our industry. To create a place grounded in our accountability to each other and the understanding that the strength of our relationships is the ultimate measure of success. To foster an environment where mental, physical, and emotional health are universal rights. There are no outsiders here. We all belong to a common cause: to change our lives, and the lives of others, for the better.
We recognize that we all have something to learn and we all have something to teach. We will learn ways to support each other when the world outside is unkind. And as we learn, we’ll discover small and large ways to take meaningful action.
We are committed to taking action, particularly in light of the recent events in the United States. We were devastated by the recent murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery, to name only a few. We believe it is our responsibility to address systemic racism and inequity head-on. We believe it is important to take a stand anywhere in the world where there is racial injustice.
We publicly join a growing list of agencies taking action to ensure Black voices are represented in the creative process and in senior and leadership positions. We #CommitToChange.
